COLONEL WHITE REUNION MEETING

CWHS Friends,

I must be a glutton for punishment, because I keep scheduling meetings and no one shows, what's the real skinny?  So, let's make this happen and compromise, or tell me to worry about c/o 81 and leave the rest of ya'll alone.   How about we move the meetings to 5:00PM on Sat. we are scheduled for the 1^st Sat. currently of each month at the library.  Do we want to meet at someone's home where it is a little more comfy and relaxing?  I will volunteer to go first.

Happy New Year,

Let's get this reunion started.  The masses are inquiring.  Check out classmates.com, there are over 500 classmates registered for the years 1975 thru 1985 (the years for participation decided at the first meeting).  We need to get busy.  I would like us to determine a date and get it posted on the web, in the paper, and on the PB channel. 

I know folks are interested because the buzz is out.  I am getting calls.  Its hard to get started, but, once we get this ball rolling, watch out.  We are meeting the 1^st Sat, of each month.  I have adjusted the time in hopes of getting more representatives from each class.  Please, if you can't make the meeting send me your inputs/thoughts/opinions, etc. that you would like discussed and sent out.  Just a little effort ya'll, just a lil' bit is all we need to make this happen.

COLONEL WHITE REUNION MEETING

Tomorrow (December 4) is the planning meeting.  For those of you who attended the initial meeting, your research is needed to move forward. 

Meeting Time: 2-3PM in the downtown Dayton Library.  January's meeting will move to the 2nd week to accommodate the holiday

The follow info was assigned at the first planning meeting.  If you have the info, please take the time to at least send an e-mail if you can not make it to the meetings.

COLONEL WHITE REUNION MEETING

When: Saturday, November 06, 2004 12:00 PM-1:00 PM (GMT-05:00) Eastern Time (US & Canada).
Where: Downtown Library.

Please spread the word so we can get the momentum going.  Our next meeting is scheduled for the 1st weekend in November, on the 6th at the downtown (DAYTON) library.  The time is tentatively scheduled for 2:00PM.  Please start thinking about:

2) Locations -- someone take the lead and call to check out some places

Engineers Club
CWHS Gymnasium
Marriott/Any Hotels
3) Cost Range
4) Fund Raisers
5) What Committee's we need to establish/Chairperson of each committee
6) iF YOU have a class roster, please submit electronically in an excel spreadsheet or send our correspondence on
7) For those without e-mail addresses, please bring mailing addresses of your classmates to the meetings.
