A line in one of the RAP records that the kids are listening to says, "...She wants the dogg with the biggest sack..."
Although crudely put, scientists apparently agree in principle. According to their research, there is a village of gorillas, living in the wild. This village is headed by a large and powerful alpha male. So entrenched is his dominance, that none of his females even consider having sex with any other male, unless he can defeat the alpha. These females are completely monogamous. Without any competition aimed at impregnating his females, this alpha has over the years developed the smallest sperm producing testicles in the animal kingdom.
In another jungle, lives a group of monkeys, about the size of a squirrel. The females in this group are complete whores. They walk around with their tails in the air, and invite all comers, one after another. These boys end up competing within the womb, where only the swiftest of sperm is ever introduced to the egg. His sperm is more likely to end up on the head of the next player. In order to combat this extreme competition, these monkeys, pound for pound have developed the largest testicles among all mammals, capable of virtually constant sperm production.
Where do humans fit between the smallest and the largest? Right about in the middle. The research indicates that human females are not totally promiscuous but they are capable of and likely to engage more than a single human male during their concealed ovulation period, Therefore Human males are capable of producing massive amounts of sperm, IF his female is not available for a time, in order to load her up when she returns. Too bad though. The research also indicates that when the female is in the heat of ovulation, she is most likely to seek out the forbidden passion of her lover, (who without constant companionship is likely to be fully loaded) over the safety of her mate. BINGO. Mama's baby, Daddy's maybe...
