Pagers, Cell Phones, and Genitalia

There's been a lot of talk lately about the brain cancer risk posed by cell phones, due to the high concentration of power being generated. Some people spend hours everyday with this abnormal power source virtually attached to their ear.
What about those little cell phones that people carry in their pockets, or hang on their belts? What about pagers? These devices with their admittedly smaller power sources are hanging around the area of the genitalia, ovaries and prostates for 12-16 hours every day. Has anybody hooked up a congressional investigation to study this potential problem?
