TNT POWERHOUSE is originally from Cincy, Ohio.
They were convinced to move to Dayton, after meeting Tom Qualls, and Kim Yancy
at a Battle of The Bands contest held in Cincy 1974, in which they Won with
Flying Colors against two Dayton Bands. We will not mention their names, cause
they know who they are.
Original members are Darryle (Sweet Pea) Horn The Fearless Leader and Bass
Player/ Keith (K.C.) Cheatham MD Guitar & Lead/bg Vocals/ Gerald Cheatham
Tenor,Alto Saprano Sax,Lead & bg Vocals/ Mike (Shepdogg) Sheppard SlideTrombone,
bg Vocals/ Terry (Da Zon) Mazion Drums & Percussion/ Rick Sebastian Trumpet,
Lead & bg vocals/ Sonny Talbert B3 Organ, Keyboards, bg vocals....Some members
are still active and Slammin. Mike, now known as Yacub Israel is a member of
Qualytee Tiime Band playing Keyboards and Trombone.
Gerald (Abraham) Cheatham and Terry (Nehemiah) Mazion are living and performing
in Japan. Keith Cheatham is back in Cincy Producing,writing and Managing his
children's group. Darryle Horn lives in Vegas where he sometimes performs in
