A wise attorney once
said "Once you walk out of your front door, you have no expectation of
privacy."
There are those that debate that issue, but the need for security demands
that community areas be blanketed with surveillance cameras and equipment.
though these cameras cannot stop crime in real time, perpetrators soon find that
prosecution is eminent. Once a clear picture of them goes on TV, friends and
family will race to the phone, trying to collect reward moneys, that will
inevitably be paid to the first caller. ◄back
